Stem Cells

Stem cells are immature cells that have the capacity to develop into mature cells such as tendon, cartilage or bone. The cells are found primarily in our bloodstream (PRP) and bone marrow (BMAC). Once obtained or harvested, they are spun down or concentrated and can be injected. The most commonly utilized stem cell techniques are the following:

• Illiac Crest Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC)
